What does the £49.99 cover?+
It covers PVR’s guided setup and administrative support only. It does not include Companies House or Capital Office charges.
What will I pay separately?+
You pay the current Companies House incorporation fee directly and £49.99 per year to Capital Office for the recommended address package. Check each provider’s current price and renewal terms before purchasing.
Will my home address ever be required?+
Companies House may require a residential address for official records even when it is not shown publicly. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.
Do you become my accountant or company secretary?+
No. This is a one-time guided formation service with no ongoing filing, accounting, tax, mail handling or company-secretarial service.
Can you guarantee incorporation?+
